1.Is the deadline for concluding the deal registered at the preliminary contract and the payment of the deposit observed ?
2.Are all the documents concerning the property perfect?
3.Are there documents which are issued for a certain fixed period and are they actual at the moment?
4.If the sellers are more than one, do they all agree to sell?
5.Are there any burdens on the property you have chosen and if any – what are they and how are you going to proceed further on, having in mind the circumstances ?
6.Is the property insured and what are you expected to do after that?
7. What taxes are you expected to pay as a future owner of a real estate property in Romania and where, and what are the terms of payment?
8. How will the company you launch when buying a land property be serviced and how much will that cost?

2.If the water or electricity supply is off – submit the necessary documents and ask the authorities to restore them.
3. Apply for plugging in a telephone post, cable TV and internet if you need them – this can happen quickly and at the moment of your moving into the property you will have all the necessary conveniences.
4.Refresh your property, provide yourself with the things you need, and get acquainted with your neighbors – they could help you adapt more easily and quickly to the local way of life or at least they will tell you where to go shopping who you should turn to when you need help – a doctor, a pharmacy, the police, the fire company – all this is important – don’t forget to find this out beforehand
