Real estate developer Monolit Development might invest some EUR 100 million to build an apartment in Romania real estate project in Bucharest which will totalize 100,000 square meters, said the company’s marketing director Oana Roman. The project will be developed on a plot of 20,000 square meters and will include residential spaces, A class office spaces and hotelier spaces. Monolit will sign partnerships with investment funds to finance the project. The company has already built an office building in Bucharest, in Primaverii area and has started the works for a residential building with six levels on Puskin street.
